The Alpha Delta Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity was first established at the University of North Carolina on January 24th, 1920. Our national organization is centered around the goal of “Building Better Men” and as a chapter we strive to accomplish this goal through strong brotherhood as well as both campus and community involvement. Our national philanthropy is the American Red Cross, and we benefit them by hosting the annual Delta Sig Lawn Games each Fall to raise money for the local Red Cross chapter. As Delta Sigs, our local alumni network is strong, with brothers working in all areas of business both in North Carolina and elsewhere around the country. This network is vital to our chapter, as the alumni provide not only financial and career assistance, but also guidance and opportunities that are infinitely beneficial to undergraduate brothers. We are constantly growing as a chapter, and this provides numerous leadership opportunities for brothers who wish to take a larger roll in the Fraternity as well as develop their own personal leadership skills. As a chapter we look for men who strive to make a difference, and as a Fraternity we work to provide every opportunity for these same men to be successful.
